Ashley Fredricks, CPA

Principal

Ashley earned her Masters of Science in Professional Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ashley not only has over twenty years of public accounting experience, she also has experience working in the private sector of accounting, which gives her knowledge of business internal operations.

Ashley is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and concentrates on continuing her professional education each year to stay ahead of new laws and practices.

Out of the office, Ashley is a wife, mother to three boys, and an animal and coffee enthusiast. She also loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and running.

Mike Fredricks, QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Managing Partner

Mike is an Accountant and QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in QuickBooks Online and Consulting. Mike works closely with business owners to understand their company needs and create an accounting process that best fits them. He loves to continue his education to ensure we stay on top of the ever changing technology for accounting systems in order to make sure our clients are working as efficiently as possible.

Out of the office Mike is a husband, father, and avid sports fan. He enjoys playing and watching just about any sport, especially with his three boys. During downtime, Mike loves catching up on current events, reading, and learning new things.

Sarah Grube, CPA

Sarah has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Her career has been spent working with closely held small businesses and individuals. She focuses on and specializes in their accounting, tax preparation and tax planning needs. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1998. Sarah is also a member of the WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

Outside of work, Sarah and her husband Jim enjoy daily walks with their dogs Daisy and Dottie. She is also an avid reader, enjoys home improvement projects and any activity outdoors.

Jane Flammang, MBA

Jane joined the Fredricks CPA team in 2020 as a Staff Accountant. She enjoys working with clients on their bookkeeping and tax needs. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, gardening and yard work, and attending her daughter’s extracurricular activities.

Arlene Roche, CPA

Arlene Roche earned her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. After practicing public accounting for three years, Arlene decided to pursue her passion for education. For about 12 years, Arlene taught accounting, computer software and other business-related courses at the high school level. More recently, Arlene has redirected her focus to teaching adults in the workforce, mostly covering software applications using QuickBooks, MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.

Besides Arlene’s love for accounting, education and spreadsheets, she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cooking, golfing and watching sports.
